About Valerie Gohier
In addition to being Consulting Director at imarklab, Valerie Gohier teaches digital marketing at HEC Montreal for the B.B.A and Master’s degree programs since 2012. During her studies, she oriented her researches toward online trust and customer advocacy, which is a customer-centered business model. Since then, she is specialised in web ergonomics and usability. She is also interested in key performance indicators and on the optimization of interfaces using eye-tracking methods. She worked on a wide variety of interactive marketing projects with major clients such as La Presse during the conception process of their LaPresse+ application.
